With experience in emergency, hospital, and family medicine, Carmen leads the A+ Family Medicine team in providing passionate and high quality care. Carmen received her Bachelor's of Science in Biology at Northwestern Oklahoma State University. After earning her Master's in Health Sciences and a Physician Associate degree from OU Medical, she moved back home to Seiling to serve her small town hospital and ER. She gained invaluable experience in rural medicine here before marrying her college friend and Enid-raised boy, Eddie Cumpston. Carmen redirected her art of medicine to Enid working at an urgent care facility. It was there that she recognized the significant need for primary care services in the area and began her plan to open a private clinic.
As a Physician Associate for A+ Family Medicine, Carmen gives care to families and patients throughout their lifespans providing preventative services, management of chronic illnesses, and treatment of acute ailments. Focusing on the delicate balance and connection between physical, emotional, and spiritual health, Carmen seeks to help her patients toward overall wellness with a unique and caring approach. As a Certified Biote Practitioner, she also integrates advanced hormone replacement therapy into her practice for treatment of hormone imbalance and prevention of chronic disease. She believes it is much more exciting to prevent disease than to treat it. When she is not working, Carmen loves relaxing over a movie and good food with her husband and 3 dogs. She enjoys doing some home improvement projects, spending time with family, and taking trips to the mountains.

Darci was added to the A+ Family Medicine team and moved to the Enid area in December of 2019. She brought a diverse background of biology, chemistry, and medical transcription to the clinic, filling the role of a medical assistant. Thoughtful patient care and a broad understanding of science have made Darci an integral asset to the team. Darci manifests a strong work ethic and management skills keeping supplies, distributors, and electronic records organized. She also is a Certified BioTE Support Staff member and manages day-to-day BioTE operations for the clinic.
Darci lives in Goltry with her two puppies, Finnegan and Oliver. In her free time, Darci enjoys traveling, playing guitar, and spending time with her loved ones.

Addie has been a valued member of the A+ Family Medicine team since August of 2019. Her bubbly personality and inviting smile greet patients in person and on the phone. Addie has a positivity that leads her to provide unprecedented patient support while bolstering a pleasant work environment. Her experience and organization skills have kept clinic operations running smoothly and efficiently. She is also a Certified BioTE Support Staff member and maintains BioTE financial and policy paperwork for the clinic.
Addie lives in Enid with her husband, Shane, and their two daughters, Hannah and Haizlee. When she is not following her girls and their extracurricular activities, Addie enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family.

Joining the practice in May of 2021, Helen has a background in chemical engineering and project management as well as teaching and school administration. She is certified in Medical Coding and Billing and now manages the billing department for A+ Family Medicine.
Helen resides in Seiling with her husband, Kyle, and has 3 grown children, all of whom are in the medical field. In her free time, she enjoys helping her husband on the farm, traveling to the mountains, and spending time with her family.
